Our BBQ Set has been in the cooks family for years! Delicious house smoked meats and authentic scratch made sides, garnishes and sauces. Sure to be a crowd pleaser catered or ordered by the pound.
Beef Brisket
- The King of BBQ! Alberta Beef - rubbed, smoked and hand sliced. Best sauce Texas Chipotle.
Pulled Pork
- Slow smoked, Mississippi style fresh B.C. pork shoulder, dry rubbed, smoked and hand pulled. Best sauces: Hattiesburg Red or Carolina Low Country Gold
Louisiana Chicken
- Local chicken handcut and marinated/brined to your specifications and coal roasted. Best sauce Chimichurri
St. Louis Cut Ribs
